Overview:
Features of ladle refining furnace: electric arc heating, temperature measuring and sampling, bottom argon blow stirring, contents microscale adjustment, wires feeding, control production steps of steel making and casting.
2.2 Main function of the equipment
▲ Heating by Arc to raise the temperature of molten steel under normal atmosphere, temperature measuring and sampling by manual.
▲ Bottom bubbling by Argon, to achieve the temperature and composition even.
▲ It can be slightly adjust the quantity of alloy, to control accurately and meet the final chemical compositions as required.
▲ With the wire feeder, making desulphuration, deoxidizing of the molten steel, to change the form and distribution of the inclusions and control the alloying element accurately, meanwhile can raise the recovery up of the alloy, minimize the temperature drop and minimize the environmental pollution.
▲ As a buffer to adjust the melting and casting time.

Supplied by the Buyer:
1) Installation and installation material, furnace refractory lining, hydraulic medium, lubrication medium and cleaning medium, graphite electrodes;
2) Civil works and design (Seller provides furnace foundation drawings and civil work requirements), embedded furnace foundation parts;
3) Water supply and gas supply main inlet are laid to Seller’s equipment connection point, H.V. incoming line is connected to seller’s H.V. switchboard and transformer terminals, L.V. supply lines are connect to seller’s L.V. power distribution panel.

4. Quotation conditions
4.1 All present and/or future taxes and duties related to the execution of this Contract, income tax levied on the Contractor’s personnel, tax on foreign contractor’s business operated outside the Seller’s in accordance with existing laws, shall be borne by the Owner, In the Seller’s country is borne by the Seller;
4.2 The Seller will dispatch engineers(5 engineers: mechanical, electrical, PLC, transformer, H.V., etc) to supervise furnace installation and commissioning. Round trip air ticket, local traffic transportation and accommodation cost are borne by the Buyer. The Supervision Fee is $80USD for 1 person per day;
4.3 Seller’s engineers will train Buyer’s employees about furnace operation and maintenance in job site.
