4. Continuous casting and rolling line introduction

4.1. Four-wheel Continuous Casting Machine (with 2pcs of casting ladles) 1 set

It adopts four-wheel continuous casting machine which is the most advanced continuous casting machine at home and abroad at present. The advantages are: 

a) The technology ensures aluminum ingots is on the center line of rolling, and replace of an angle of 22° between aluminum ingots and center line of rolling, casting ingots will be twisted, it will take bad effect on the rolling quality.  

b) It can reduce one operator of fishing flow-control and simplify the casting operating process. Automatically flow control, ensure that the casting of flow of aluminum molten is stable. Fishing flow controlling depends on the operators skills so as to the quality controlling is not stable. 

c) The horizontal pouring system can make the molten pouring stable and no bubbled, so the slag and stoma will be reduced outstandingly and improve the quality of the ingots. 

d) Dismounting the casting wheel is very convenient; the steel belts also can be adjusted during the operation. 

e) The production is available for high-end users, such as the enterprise who produce CCA wire, aluminum enameled wire, extrusion condenser pipe and aluminum flat wire, expand the use range of the production and economic efficiency.
