PRODUCT DETAIL

High Alumina fire bricks for melting furnace

Special high alumina brick is a kind of neutral refractory with alumina content of no less than 80%. It is formed by molding and calcining bauxite or other raw materials with high alumina content. High thermal stability and fire resistance above 1770 ℃. In addition, high alumina bricks are also widely used as open hearth regenerative lattice bricks, plugs for gating systems, nozzle bricks, etc. General high alumina brick (i.e. T-shaped brick), special-shaped high alumina brick and blast furnace brick (i.e. G-shaped brick)
Physical and chemical properties:
1. Thermal conductivity: under the condition of unit temperature gradient, the heat flow rate per unit area through the material is related to the porosity.
2. Impact resistance: good impact resistance and long service life.
3. Slag resistance: the ability to resist slag erosion without damage at high temperature.
